This will be the first entry on the posts page relating to Bagua, Xing Yi and internal martial arts. At the inception of Bagua Academy very few people in both the public and general martial arts community had heard of Bagua.

Still currently very few people know what Bagua (also known as Baguazhang) is; although the situation is changing. On this page we will make posts relating to training, practice and the world of Bagua; that can help people to better understand this amazing martial and internal art.
