Wang Shujin famous Grandmaster of Xing Yi, Bagua & Tai Chi is well known for popularizing the Internal Arts across the globe. Born in China in 1903, Shujin taught extensively in both Taiwan and Japan - with heavy emphasis on both the practical focus of Internal Martial Arts as well as Immense Development Internal Power and Energy.
Watching Wang Shujin move - one can see grace, fluidity and extremely refined coordination. Although it is a type of graceful flow, that is not in any way fancy, flowery or devoid of martial meaning. Although, while lineage in Internal Arts is very important, so too is the individual practitioner. For Shujin, had a distinct repertoire of ways of striking methods, expressing Fa Jin and subtle skills that were uniquely his own. Notably, Wang also studied with Wang Xiangzhai - founder of the Yi Quan School and a martial genius in his own right.
Wang Shujin travelled frequently - teaching between Taiwan and Japan. It is very important to note the martial environment he entered while teaching overseas. It is also notable that Shujin was at an age that would be considered by many - a senior citizen. Although his skill and internal power transcended physical concepts of age - a testament to the benefits of Xing Yi and Bagua.
